Southern Lights makes returns fast and easy. To begin the return process, please Log In to your Account and open a new Request. You may also contact Customer Service at (800) 903-0960.
General Returns Returns of products
purchased from Southern Lights are allowed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund,
provided that the product is undamaged, in the original packaging, and
was not installed or modified. Shipping charges for the return shipment
are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made once the
returned product is inspected to insure it is not damaged.
Shipping Damage Customers must notify Southern Lights within two weeks (14 days) after
receipt of any products which are received damaged. A replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible.
Defective Products We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| Shipping Time -- Southern Lights offers free shipping on every order over $99 to locations within the contiguous 48 States. We ship your order using FedEx, UPS or SpeeDee Delivery via Ground service which will take five to seven working days after shipment to arrive, though we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.
We do not ship to locations outside the United States or to U.S. territories.
Please provide a street address as we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Rush delivery is also available at an additional charge. Please contact us for a rush shipping quote. |
